I'm Scott Harrison, a finance student at Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business with an interest in the technology industry. I'm originally from Sacramento, California, where I grew up around tech — my dad worked at Intel, I built my first computer with him, and when I was 14 a family friend who worked as a computer engineer at Intel taught me to program in Ruby. The first thing I built was a basic Hangman game in the terminal. These days I build PCs, work with AI agents like OpenClaw and Hermes, and create apps and tools that lean on AI. I also do equity research in the semiconductor industry, covering companies like Micron, Intel, Qualcomm, Infineon, and Arteris.

In my free time I ride a Santa Cruz Hightower around the Utah mountains, including longer routes like the White Rim Trail in Moab and the Aquarius bikepacking trail in southern Utah. In winter I ski at Snowbird, Alta, Deer Valley, Snowbasin, and Jackson Hole.
