lajharrison.com is operated personally by Scott Harrison. Questions, requests, and corrections: contact@lajharrison.com.
What I collect, and why
When you visit this site I receive only the information needed to keep it running and to understand who is using it:
- Visit analytics — page views, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, referring page, and time on page, collected through Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymized by Google before storage.
- Advertising data — when Google AdSense is active on this site, Google may set cookies and process limited data to serve ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Google’s processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Server and security logs — Cloudflare, which hosts the site, records standard request metadata (IP address, timestamp, request path, user agent) for performance and abuse prevention.
- Anything you send me directly — if you email me, I keep that email and your address until I no longer need it for the conversation.
I do not sell personal data. I do not use it for any purpose unrelated to running this site.
Cookies
This site uses three categories of cookies:
- Analytics — Google Analytics cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) for measuring visits. - Advertising — Google AdSense cookies, when AdSense is active, for ad serving and frequency capping.
- Consent — a small first-party cookie that records your cookie preferences so the banner doesn’t reappear on every page.
You can clear cookies any time through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on, and you can manage personalized ads at Google Ad Settings.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have specific rights over the data this site processes about you — including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict that data. Email me at contact@lajharrison.com and I’ll respond within 30 days. Most data this site receives goes directly to Google or Cloudflare; their privacy controls are linked above.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, email me and I’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
When I make material changes I’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

I am not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The market dashboard, semiconductor news feed, and articles are educational and informational. Market data accuracy
Live data on this site (quotes, indicators, yields, economic series) is delayed by at least 15 minutes and is provided by third parties including Yahoo Finance, FRED, Marketaux, and Polymarket. Data may be incomplete, late, or wrong. Don’t trade off it. Past performance is not predictive of future results.
Third-party content
The semiconductor news feed and market news panel summarize stories from third-party publishers and primary issuer materials. Original source attribution is always provided on each item. Linking to a source is not an endorsement of that source or its other content.
